This is a Retina MacBook Pro 13" Logic Board for the 2017 A1708 model. This logic board contains of a 2.5GHz i7 processor chip with 16GB PC3-17000 (2133MHz) integrated ram. It also has an Intel Iris Graphics 640 with 1.5GB of VRAM.
